1. Company Identity & Agreement These Terms and Conditions govern your use of neohosonbuildtech.com and your commercial transactions with Hangzhou Xinhaoxiang Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. (Est. 2010) and Hangzhou Xinhaoxiang Aluminum Co., Ltd. (Est. 2017). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these B2B terms.

2. Quotations and Price Volatility

  • All official quotations (Proforma Invoices) issued by our sales representatives are valid for 30 days.
  • Due to the unpredictable nature of the global raw aluminum ingot market, NEOHOSON BUILDTECH reserves the right to adjust unconfirmed quoted prices if raw material costs increase by more than 5% before the deposit is received.

3. Payment Terms For international B2B orders, our standard payment terms are:

  • A 50% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is required to initiate production.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid after the goods are finished and inspected (via provided photos/videos or third-party inspection) but strictly before container loading.

4. Compliance and Certification While our products are manufactured to comply with CE, AAMA/ASTM, and AS2047 standards, the buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased products meet all specific local building codes, structural engineering requirements, and permit regulations in their respective country or municipality.
