1. Professional Packaging Standards At NEOHOSON BUILDTECH (operated by Hangzhou Xinhaoxiang Doors and Windows Co., Ltd.), we prioritize the safety of your customized building materials. To prevent damage to aluminum profiles and glass during international transit, we offer three professional packaging solutions:

  • Carton Package: Utilized exclusively for small hardware samples or accessories during short-distance transportation.
  • Wooden Crate (Plywood): Fully enclosed, fumigation-free wooden crates. This is our standard and highly recommended method for LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) sea freight, providing maximum protection against impact and moisture.
  • Steel Pallet: Specifically designed for large-scale engineering projects and curtain wall systems. Steel pallets ensure structural integrity and allow for efficient, safe forklift handling at the destination construction site.

2. Shipping Methods & Incoterms All orders are manufactured and dispatched from our 30,000 square meter facility located in Hangzhou, China.

  • We support standard Incoterms 2020, including EXW, FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo Port), CIF, and DDP (available for select regions).
  • For bulk orders, ocean freight is the standard method. Buyers are responsible for unloading the cargo at the destination port or job site unless DDP terms are explicitly agreed upon.

3. Production Lead Time & Transit

  • Lead Time: As our architectural systems are heavily customized, standard production requires 25 to 45 business days after the receipt of the deposit and the final approval of shop drawings.
  • Force Majeure: NEOHOSON BUILDTECH shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by customs inspections, port congestions, extreme weather, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
