Strictly No Returns for Custom Products Due to the highly bespoke nature of our business, all doors, windows, and facade systems are manufactured to your specific dimensions, colors, and local building codes. Therefore, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once production has officially commenced.

2. Comprehensive Product Warranty We operate under strict ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 quality management systems. We proudly offer the following limited warranties to the original purchaser:

  • Aluminum Profiles: 10-Year warranty against structural failure, severe deformation, or peeling of standard surface treatments (Powder coating, PVDF, Anodizing) under normal environmental conditions.
  • Insulated Glass: 5-Year warranty against seal failure that results in permanent moisture condensation or dust penetration between the glass panes.
  • Hardware & Accessories: 2 to 5-Year manufacturer’s warranty on moving parts and locking mechanisms from our premium partners, including CMECH, Kinlong, ROTO, SI, and HOPPE.

3. Claim Process & Remedies If you discover a manufacturing defect or transit damage:

  • You must notify us via email at support@neohosonbuildtech.com within 7 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by clear photos/videos and the original Bill of Lading.
  • Remedy: If the claim is validated, NEOHOSON BUILDTECH will, at its sole discretion, provide free replacement parts or compensation. Please note: Our warranty covers the supply of replacement materials only and does not cover local labor costs for removal, installation, or disposal.
